“As an inspired chef here at the big blue cafe, I cook from the heart, born and raised in California. My favorite menu item is the pancakes, and I'm particularly proud of creating the Cholo sauce. With over 20 years of cooking experience, I started at a young age with my grandparents, who never kicked me out of the kitchen, much like the Big Blue. In my free time, you can find me exercising and setting a good example for my children and grandchildren. I prefer my eggs hardboiled.”
