“I’ve been working as a prep cook at Big Blue Cafe since 2019. Over the years, I've improved my knife skills and learned to keep up with our kitchen's fast pace. Outside work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time with my dogs. I'm dedicated to providing quality food to our community and take pride in my contribution. I hope to visit Japan someday, mainly to explore its cuisine. Also, I like my eggs scrambled with cheese.”
